Slowdive - Dagger (Demo)
I much prefer this version than the one off Souvlaki. This version has an electric guitar instead of an acoustic one, shaky vocals that would put Conor Oberst to shame. It feels much more haunting and brings out the feeling that he is ‘her dagger’ more - causing her nothing but pain. Seemingly aware of this, yet doesn’t feel a thing.
I didn’t really lose you, I just lost it for a while.
